Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the House Rules in place at our vacation rental. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody!

 

House description

We welcome you to a typical Madeiran stone house for 2.

It offers you :

-a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and stove, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, toaster,

-a twin bedroom upstairs,

-bathroom with wc and walk-in shower, 

-an outdoor terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers, a large parasol,

-a plancha to enjoy grilling outdoors

-food to beguin and breakfast

-Equipment: TV, free wifi, washing machine, storage, small appliances, ...

-Sheets and towels provided.

-Adjustable trekking poles are provided to you.

 

Reservations

Reservations can be made by phone, email, through the website or in person and are subject to availability.

Occupancy and / or use will be considered for minimum periods of 2 days and for the duration agreed at the time of booking.

The price includes cleaning the accommodation at the entrance, and water and energy consumption.

Payment will proceed as follows:

- The guest will pay a deposit at the time of booking corresponding to 30% of the total stay;

- The remaining 70% will be paid upon entering the premises of Casa FloeCa by one of the following means: bank transfer, online payment, or cash, in person.

 

Terms of cancelation:

Full refund for cancellations made up to 21 days before the arrival date.

Refund up to 50% between 21 days and 7 days, or full provided if a reservation is made in replacement.

No refund for cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival date, or full refund provided if a reservation is made as a replacement.

 

Ckeck-in and check-out

Arrival and departure days are counted as calendar days.

The arrival and departure times can be accommodated with advanced notice. Please let us know your arrival time several days before so that we can be here to welcome you.

 

Recommandations

Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.

Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

-Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

-Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! Concerning stays longer than a week, it is requested to carry out maintenance cleaning with the appropriate products and utensils present in the house.

-Should there be any defects or issues during your stay, please let us know so that we can remedy/fix it immediately.

-We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.

-Remind guests to lock doors and close or secure windows when leaving the property, as well as parasol and other items from the wind.

-Included in the price is the provision of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels. Upon departing, you must take the used bed linen off the beds and place it in the hamper.

- Indoor furniture needs to remain indoors. Furniture needs to remain at the same location for combination rental as well.

-Please dispose only hygienic paper in the wc.

-The dish should be washed and dustbin be emptied before departure, as should the fridge.

The container for your garbage can be found near the parking and to the town entrance.

-If you break or damage anything, please do us the courtesy of notifying us.

-Candles create a great atmosphere, but don't leave them unattended.

-Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed.

 

Wi-Fi

Casa FloeCa offers free Wi-Fi to its guests.

The use and content accessed by guests using the WiFi network are their sole responsibility.

 

Damages

In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. Should the keys become lost or missing then we reserve the right to charge for the cost of replacements.

 

Security Deposit

The amount of € 200 will be required at the time of entry, at the residence, which will only be returned if it is in the state in which it was delivered.

Credit Card Lock:

After confirming the reservation, the customer accepts the conditions of the deposit on the credit card details.

The owner has the right to activate the credit card in order to cover the repair or replacement of said damaged item by the customer.

The security deposit can be charged a maximum of 7 days after check-out.

 

Animals

Only small domestic animals are allowed to stay with a 20€ extra cost, subject to prior consultation with the person responsible for the reservation, and if authorized, their owners are responsible for the cleaning and hygiene of the space occupied by the animal and any damage caused by them.

 

 

In case the above regulations are not respected, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures and to stay may be withdrawn.
